Horrible experience

I like and love Mr Price clothing for myself and my siblings but the service I got from Dobsonville Mr Price was horrible I bought my younger sister a white dress, she couldn’t fit it at the store we bought the dress we know will fit her, it was her size but unfortunately it wasn’t she fitted it at home. Then it had some small dirt on it I didn’t want to wash it because it will seem used, then I returned it to the store they told me that they won’t be able to take it back it doesn’t fit the child the dress is R130 which means my money went down the drain they telling me to sell it where do I get the swelling skills I spoke to the manager THEMBA he couldn’t help also am not happy with the service I got from those people it was a horrible experience as a customer am not sure if I would still want to shop at MR PRICE anymore for me and my siblings
