Horrible Experience

I had the most horrific experience at Mr Price Westgate Mall today, being on my hour lunch i went to buy me lunch at Shoprite thinking I could go to Mr Price swiftly to go cancel my laybye.. To my regret.. Firstly i stood for more then 5min in that line.. Secondly the cashier did not greet me and thirdly out of all the staff only one staff member were polite and helpful, the moment i felt uneasy about my Service at the till point i asked for the Manager Candice. She then made me feel more sick not listening to me, as the customer I feel humiliated and attacked, there after I went into my workplace as I am a tenant at Westgate Mall aswell, I just start to cry and having a panic attack as i stepped into our Canteen . I have to see the Doctor tomorrow because of my breakdown that Mr Price caused me to have. I will never ever step my foot into Mr Price Westgate Mall again, and I will share as far and wide how unprofessional Candice the Manager at Westgate Mall is. I am very disappointed, and very sick at this point in time.
