horrible experience.

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the poor service I have received regarding my order. On Monday, 2 December, I received an email stating that my order was out for delivery. However, today, 6 December, I still have not received it.

I have been dealing with *********** representatives on your WhatsApp platform who repeatedly assured me that the order was out for delivery, yet it never arrived. I even resorted to contacting Mr. Price on Facebook, but unsurprisingly, I received no response.

At this point, I am exhausted from dealing with this unacceptable service. I no longer wish to wait for my order—I just want my money refunded immediately.

I will never shop online with Mr. Price again due to this horrible experience.
