Horrible Customer Service had to call customer care to help

<p>I went to Dobsonville shopping centre at Mr Price hoping to return an item. I got to to the store and the sercurity woman (with a distrepectul attitude) me refused to help me return an item so I had to call customer centre to talk to her. She had failed to explain the return policy to me , so I didnt return my item due to the service I've recieved from her. I'm not sure if Mr price condones such behaviour that enables a customer to even call customer care to handle an employee </p>
