Horrible customer service from Assistant Manager

I would like to like to report a lady by the Name Phelisa who apparently is the assistant manager at the Mr Price in Greenacres Mall in Gqeberha who utterly failed to provide customer service to the best of her abilities as we wanted assistance in opening a clothing account and she didn’t even greet or politely ask for the required information but only boasted about her being an employee in the company for about 4+ years, more over she just left us waiting for +/-30-35minutes only to find out that she had even forgotten that we were waiting for her to assist with the application as she loudly laughed and said she was busy with other things. We ended up feeling devalued and disappointed in the service she provided and we decided to cancel the application. Mr Price Greenacres mall, please kindly remind her of her duties and how they need to be carried out as a customer service representative because her approach, attitude and non remorseful behaviour are unacceptable and detrimental to the brand.
