Horrible customer service

I purchased items online on the 31.05.2021 , I didn’t receive a confirmation email however when I checked my order online it cited that the ETA is 08.06.2021. I was not provided with the ATA and it still states that the order is processing. I called their online department but the phone just rings then the call gets abruptly terminated. No one is saying anything.

I went into the branch hoping to find my order but nothing. The store tried to call the online department and they also had no luck.

What nonsense is this, what pathetic service is this? Why am I being treated like I bought these items on credit?
