Horrible customer service!!!!!!
I am so unhappy with the service I recieved at Mr Price today. The pricing on the item was different from at the till. I was expected to pay a price that was higher than the pricing on the item. The socks were priced R39.99, they scanned R49.99 at the till. I was treated like I am the to blame for the mispricing.
