horrible customer service by Mr Price call centre agent Jackie.

i called mr price call centre to enquire about my account.got through to a rude lady by the name of Jackie.when i get through just after she introduced herself before i can even state my query she advised that i hold as hey system is slow.before i can even reply i was on hold for few minutes. and when she came back no apology or acknowledgement for the long wait.she started by demanding my details and also interrupted while i was trying to say what my query is she is talking over me.i am so dissapointed in her customer service .she didnt show any willingness to help me ,she was in a hurry to get me off the call.without any apology she went on and on talking over me....her service was very terrible and i hope QA finds and listen to that call
