Horrible customer service

I am so highly disappointed with the service I received from Mr Price at The Grove Mall. I was assisted by a very rude and ill mannered cashier named Fortune. I always by at that store but never was I treated this horribly and the guy had the nerve to even tell me he will not apologize for his behavior and attitude. I was shocked about the lowest level of customer service and value he had that I will never step into that store again.
