Horrible customer service

I am normally rather happy with the service at mr price but I advise that people don’t go to the MR Price Boksburg as I just received the worst service and attitude from a woman claiming to be the manager she was so entitled and refused to help my mother and I with a simple product swop because it was faulty!! She would not let us speak and insisted the products were different when the labels were identical when we tried to explain it’s the same she got rude and said we need to apologize to her or she would not assist us. She even Suggested that if we have a problem we should have taken it to a different store!! This “Ronel” woman needs to be reprimanded as that’s not customer service at all!! 😡
