HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I purchased the clothes at Eastgate mall on the 13 April and had some clothes that didn't fit me when I got home so I had to go the following week to a different mall which is sam ntuli mall to ask for the exchange. I went at sam ntuli mall on the 24 April in the afternoon I found a lady at the door i asked for an exchange of pants and a t-shirt she agreed while i was still looking for the different jean thats when i met the other lady Duduzile Nkosi i found her folding jeans i proceed to look for the size i wanted which was size 30, that's when she said i should leave that size it wouldn't fit me i told i came to exchange size 28 becouse its small so i have to size up she responed by saying i am such a disrespectful young girl it shows that i got that atitude from home because it seems like we like that me and my family i did not appriate the tone and that i felt insulted by that and i left and went to check for a top i came to exchange afterwards i returned to the jeans when she was done i looked and found the right size that when she took it further to even push me with her trolly that she used to put cloths in i asked why would she push me she responded by telling me i was standing on her way that is when i saw the need to call her Manager well the matter wasnt solved she denied everything and changed the story she said i am the one who pushed which made me even more livid i decided to no longer exchange and rather do it at a different mr price we i will feel safe and hopefully be treated better. I am not a expect in retail but i do know that simple customer edicate means greeting a customer with a smile and finding out how you can assist a customer and reaching a solution that will make a customer feel appreciated but not body shamed as we are living in a society where body shaming is a pandemic.

As a customer all I needed was acknowledgement from the consultant.
