Horrible customer service

I recently tried to fix an account issue at Mr price Centurion mall, the lady, she goes by Lebo, was rude and told me what I needed assistance with was not her job. She was rude and did not assist me in any way. Overall terrible experience I had at Mr Price Centurion mall, I am highly disappointed in the service I received.
