Horrible customer service

Yesterday 28/08/2022 I was at Mr Price Loch logan Bloemfontein. I stood in front of the cashier for an hour, 1 of my items didn't have a price. Cashier Yanga just shifted my items aside and called other customers, without saying anything to me. When she was done with her queu, she just ignored me and continued chatting with her colleagues, telling them she's gonna go on lunch . I feel disrespected and underminded, this is totally unacceptable. I left the shop empty handed because clearly no one is interested in assisting me or at least communicate with me on a way forward. I'm not a difficult person even if they told me they can't sell the blazer to me as it doesn't have a price I would have understood. But being ignored like I'm nothing is totally off.
