horrible customer service

Evaton Mall Mr Price is the worst nothing ever works there,i have been trying to exchange an item i bought for the past week and everyday im told the same thing that the system is offline if its not the ques its the system.Im not sure if its the staff that's *********** or they just has a useless system.
