HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Today was given HORRIBLE service at Mr Price Vosloorus Chris Hani Mall around 13:00 a lady called Smangele. I Wanted a stick a garment I needed it was on Top. I greeted this lady she did not respond I greeted again ke just knot with her head I was so shocked and I asked her if she can't talk any way wanted to Report to the manager was told manager is not available only the supervisor. Explained everything to the supervisor that was on duty she just laughed with a sarcastic laugh saying if that's how she was raised there's nothing she can do. I was shocked by the Supervisors respond wow I was like don't they train you guys. I am so disappointed that Mr PRICE does not have Good Customer service this is totally not how you treat customers, I used to work at Retail most reputable store where by we where trained like really and the behavior I was given wow its not on even thee supervisor it seems like she doesn't know what she was doing.
