horrible customer service

i placed an order last week, delivery is due today, i have not received a message from the courier, i am not getting the correct tracking number from Chloe on the CapiBot, whoever works on this has a stinking attitude. i need the items i ordered before Monday and i will not come to my workplace on the weekend to collect an order that is late.

i am not sure what the person who works on CapiBot thinks or considers exceptional client servicing is but she treats people like she is doing them a favour, this is not my first horrible experience with her. i need my order delivered before Monday otherwise you can instantly refund me.
