Horrible customer service

I was contacted by Mrprice ***** department in June sometimes to alert me that they believe there is a ********** account opened on my name and they asked me if i knew anything about the account. I told them I had never tried to open an account with them recently . They then said they have stopped the card and they with close the account. I followed up to see how it happened and any documentation, nothing. The whatsapp line is a waste of time as it does not work. I even tried twitter but i got no response. In July I started getting calls from them about the same account asking me to pay. i still disputed and each time a different agent will call asking me to pay but also they would confirm that the account is at ***** department. It frustrated me. two weeks back i got a call and the lady asked me to send the affidavit, my signature done 10 times and my ID copy. I sent them. Since then its been quite. no one is saying anything. when I call the call center the lady/gent will say they are escalating but nothing happens after that. This is affecting my credit score
