HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>ordered a few items a week ago. i selected the delivery option of 1-3 working days. its been over a week and my order has not been delivered. the online staff keep making excuses that make no sense and contradict themselves. furthermore, the courier company claims they came to deliver it but nobody was available. this was at 7:10pm and 8:10pm at night! i work a 8 to 5 job and the delivery time stipulates delivery is from 8 to 5pm monday to fridays. The manager has a terrible attitude and i am still awaiting feedback from her regarding my promised delivery whichwas supposed to be today at 3pm! i am yet again still waiting for it!</p>
