Horrible customer care

Went to Mr price to look for boots, got the boots but they did not have a price or code. Asked the store assistants and was told it will shut down the whole system if they check for codes. Stood in the line for 45-55 minutes just because I really wanted those boots. When I got to the till I was helped by Florence such a sweetheart, she requested help from mr ncobo/ngobo who came not eager to look for the codes, he then proceeded to scroll casually through the system then said it has stopped worked, had to be reminded that he can call and ask for the price, he went and stood there not giving the correct discription of the item for +-35 minutes. Mind you three or so people where looking for the same shoe we just stood there for ages looking lost. Jubilee mall mr price
