Horrible costumer service,insulting customer,and lost items of customer(theft)

Mr price Bloemfontein Bloem Plaza mall, opposite fashion world 2 staff members Sibongile and Dikeledi I was buying panties as this two ladies gave me very bad attitude and told me to not take them out of hanger, i didn't respond at all and left and f9rgot my fashion world shopping bag right there where Dikeledi was standing and horribly starring at me, and when I got to the door after paying I remembered I forgot my shopping bag there filled with new clothes and when I got there they were not good to me at all, told me **** and the other one said I'm even ugly I got fed up and also told her ****,and my suspicion is they stole my bag when we check mall cctv it shows no one coming out Mr price with fashion world plastic back, my whole 800 was lost just like that, when I told manager she was siding with staff ladies dikeledi and sibongile who I suspect hid my bag because we had argument prior that, and my plastic was just in from of dikeledi, I didn't find it, they took it and I hope they benefit from their theft with their horrible manager who took their side without prioritizing my cry as a costumer I'm not happy at all why do Mr price hire such horrible people to work with us, I'm not happy with sibongiles attitude and dikeledis at all, I even cried to realize it's fun to them that I lost my things and their manager is protecting them without any empathy with me as a customer
