Horribile online service delivery

First time placing an order online with Pr Price, and what a disaster. I placed my order online and after 7 working days still no delivery. I phone them today to ask what is happening to my delivery, and the answer they give me is " sorry they have a delay, they are the courier might be able to delivery on Wednesday next week. Meaning that it would have taken almost 2 weeks to deliver. So now i respond to say may i please then cancel my order..............nope you are also not allowed to cancel the order, if you want you can wait for it to be delivered and then take it back to a store and they will refund you.
