I placed an order online (click and collect) on Mr Price's App on Sunday 19 June 2022 with expected collection being 24 June 2022. On Tuesday 19 June 2022 I received an email confirming that the order had been shipped with estimated delivery date to the store being Wednesday 22 June 2022. Went to the store today (Friday 24 June 2022) to collect the order, lo and behold the order has not arrived. Called the call centre during the day, spoke to a call centre agent, gave her her my order number and during the period of her checking what happened to my order my call was cut off. Called again, was on hold with call centre for 15 minutes with no agent answering my call and my call was cut off. Why take my money if you won't deliver as per the expected date??? That is the definition of FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY PATHETICE SERVICE.

Complained on Twitter and I was told my order will be delivered early the following week. That is nor what was stated before I placed my order. This reneges on my agreement with Mr Price. How do you take my money and change the terms of our agreement as it suits you???
