<p>I have been a supporter of Mr Price for years now but i have to say i will never ever open an account with them again. I have not bought on ny account for 4 months now as my idea was to pay off and close the account. I have a 6 month payment plan. Does this not mean that the amount owed gets devided by 6 with the interest and thats your montly payment amount? Not at Mr Price. When my balance was still R5000 4 months ago my monthly amount to be paid was about R800. The more i paid of my account this amount did not get less. I still owe R1000 on the account but still havr to pay R800 per month. Hoe does that make sense??? When I queried this i was told they can not ajust the monthly amount on the system? How can all the other retailers do it then? I now get threatening phone calls and sms'ses because i paid R500 this month and not R800. I only still owe R1000 !!!! I am on my way to a store to pay that money still owed and close this account for good. I will not support this store anymore anf will tell all my friends to do the same, You can't manage your accountd and treat your customers like *********! I will rather support Edgars. They know how to do it properly </p>
