Hit and run service

On the 02nd November i placed an order as always online, for most of the time i was happy until sometimes the wrong sizers are delived, I paid R724.90 to Mr Price, i checked on my order on the 10th only to find out my order has been cancelled i never received a call, sms or email. I called Mr Price where they could not trace my order, i went to my bank statement and check if the money has returned, nothing. I sent proof of payment to Mr Price and todate no call back email or anything received, i then placed another order making payment the same way and today i received my order with incorrect sizes, like what is going on her, i paid for a home delivery and now i have to take the shoes back on my expense and the shoes is not even available in store, I want a full refund of the R724,90 and this incorrect sizes to be changed . The sandals was order for a toddler and they deliver size 4 for a teenager
