Highly frustrated customer

The worst service I have ever received in my life, I ordered online on Mr price sport paid the money sent proof of payment using my bank statement, was told they don't want a bank statement so I called my bank requesting for the proof of payment got it immediately sent it off to Mr price only to be told my order has been cancelled because it as passed 48hrs ,this was on the 1st of June. Till this day 19 days later I have not received my refund which i was told would be paid between 7-14 working days!!! I am the one always calling Mr price customer services I've been promised call backs that never happened till today. I am honestly disappointed and highly frustrated by this companies incompetence. My advise to the next person Never buy online from Mr price I am definitely never making that mistake again they have lost a customer in me online and otherwise.
