Highly disgruntled

I am highly disgruntled and disappointed in Mr Price. I opened and account earlier this year. I only purchased shoes for R250. But to date have had to pay over R550! Apparently they gave me all kinds of products that I did not approve, request or sign for! I am certain that is *******! I have been struggling to close this account and have had no success as yet because you hold on hours on a phone call to their cancellations department. Their service is simply PATHETIC!!!! I cannot deal with dishonest people who have no integrity.
