Highly disappointed with the way Mr Price Waterfront is failing to resolve my dispute

Visit Mr Price Waterfront 4 days back, I purchase a skirt for my teenage daughter and upon successful payment they claimed that my payment never went through. They suggested that I wait a day to see if payment would still reflect on my side and they would keep the skirt for me. I went back the following day with PoP still reflecting as paid but they refused to assist saying I should return the next day. Did return yesterday and still the skirt that I have paid for is still nit rewsolved. The Manager is very clueless and couldn't offer any resolution to the dispute..
