Highly disappointed

I am highly disappointed with Mr Price online quality of service, I placed an order on the 03/09/22 via their app and the order was received and accepted. The estimated date of delivery is the 09/09/22,when tracking the order it stuck on processing up to this date. I called the Mr Price call center on 07/09/22 for assistance and I was not given a clear explanation of why the order is on processing since the 04/09/22.I called again today 08/09/22 still no reasonable answer to why my order is waiting on processing. I'm highly disappointed with their service as I ordered online hoping the service will be efficient.
