Head Office back log - pathetic really

They dont even need a star, as far as I am concern.

So I had this account for many years - I than paid up my debt not knowing I paid over R800.00 which means I am in credit. Anyway that is not the issue. The issue I am having is - I never used a Mr Price card right, I always just shopped online because it is convenient for me. Anyway so while trying to shop online - trying to check out "boom" I dont have any credit. Anyway I dont stress about it because the lady told me to go to my nearest branch and obtain a Mr. Price card - which i did on the 26th June at Southgate Mall. Anyway the guy assisted me, I than updated my contact details because I could not remember my old 079 number - the guy than told me to come "COLLECT" my card in 48 hours. I than thought seen that I am working during the week I will go collect the Saturday 3rd July. Please take a guess what happened - " YIP MY CARD NOT AVAILABLE" "head office" did not get my something something form. The lady check on her side and we called head office again - keep in mind 2nd time - she confirmed that the form was send, she even confirmed the email address - the lady at head office confirmed it is the same email - no explanation as to why my card is not ready - nothing. I than suggest I will be back another week later which will be the 10th. Thing is guys, I cannot waste my time like this - I still want to use your shop but the service is pathetic guys, come on now. Head office pull up your socks guys - even if you have a ack log, try catch up... it cannot take you a full week and still have a back log..
