He left me on the till counter without an explanation or apology. Too terrible from a "supervisor"

<p>On Satuday 18 December in went to Mr Price In Cape Town Adderley Street. I went to submit my documents for an account application with them. I was helped by Yusif who is a supervisor there. Who took all my documents. He told me the process will take 2-3 days. On the 22nd December i decided to go in store after having not recieved any feedback what so ever.</p> <p> </p> <p>When i Arrived there they told me my application had not been processed i then requested to see Yusif who had taken my details and find out what happened since my form was even missing at the store. No one knew where it was. He came and said he does not know it is probably misplaced should just reapply ... I was so disgusted how can someone who is a supervisor be this irresponsible. What is he teaching his staff. Still there confused i asked him how did this happen he gave me no answer and left me at the counter and never retured. I stood there in shock and decided to leave since i saw he was not willing to help me. He never even practiced what is on the rules to apologise he was so proud he just left. Wow what a supervisor now i can see why other staff members an never behave they learn it from their leaders.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please someone help me to make this person aware that you can never treat customers like this. Ever!</p>
