HAS MR PRICE GROUP GONE INCOMUNICADO?? SEEMS LIKE IT
I really don't understand why Mr Price has an option to contact them via their online platform. Neither do I understand why they have customer service email contact details on the web page. I have been trying for the past 2 months to contact the Mr Price Group regarding a query I have with insurance on my account. I have sent no less than 4 messages in this period on their online contact platform as well as to their customer services at Mr Price money and the Mr Price group. Absolutely no reply from them whatsoever....

04 Mar 2021, 09:24As was expected NOBODY bothered to contact me. Such pathetic service. they just couldn't give a damn about the concerns of their customers. Once my account is paid, I will never ever do business with Mr Price Group again
