Harrassment and the worst customer service
Terrible service from Mr. Price. They phone at 7:45 at night, harrassing me during family time and after business hours. The haven't cancelled a single policy that I asked them to that reflects on the account!!! So now I pay close to A R100 EXTRA EVERY SINGLE MONTH. It's pathetic, call centre is absolutely useless. Really Mr. Price, continuous disapointmenting service over the last 6 months!!!
