Harassments even after payment

Paid R ***x this month on my account. 4 times more than the installment. Sent POP to them. Still getting harassed daily by the call center from super rude and disrespectful people treating me like a *****. MR Price confirmed in writing that the issue is on their side!! "From Mr Price : Good Day We do apologise for any inconvenience caused to you. Please note Absa as picked up and error their side hence these payments were affected. They will manually reconciled and will submit to Mr Price the missing payments. We will keep you updated as soon as we receive the payments. The credit bureaus will be advised to remove any negative payment profiles. Thanks"
