Harassment when payments are made

I am presently half installment in arrears, payments are being made to the account every month however I keep getting calls on my work line. I understand if no payments are being made then I can get the calls which I can entertain but if installments are being made. Why must we keep getting harassed. I think it is ridiculous and uncalled for. Anyways whilst they speaking I tell them off and cut the calls
