Harassment in front of staff and no action taken

Mr Price Hoedspruit, laughing while a lady is being harassed in front of them

My daughter was harassed by a drunk adult male, while waiting in the line to pay. This happened in front of two staff members at the Mr Price Hoedspruit, as well as the manager, who done absolutely nothing besides laughing. The man had nothing to pay and kept on harassing my daughter until she eventually walked away from the situation.

I laid a formal complaint (#***) with Mr Price head office, and until today, received NO feedback. No I can see how much your customers means to you!!!
