HARASSMENT CALLS

I am receiving numerous calls from Mr price for a Raessah Lewis's account, please remove my number as I don't know a Raeesah, this is a new number and yday when my wife asked the lady to remove my number she said she cant i need to get permission from Raeesah, HOW THE HELL DO I DO THAT IF I DONT KNOW WHO THAT IS. when my wife was still explaining to the lady she hung up, which i feel is very disresprectful. We want to open an account with Mr price but with this bad service i wont even bother.
