Harassment calls and Smses

My mother has an account with Mr Price and she pays monthly the agreed amount. Every month she receives calls and smses that she hasn’t paid or it’s in errors. She has been paying for months and still not finishing because they keep taking money for themselves. You guys are ****s we have proof and we will take this further. Your call centre is even rude and they call everyday
