Harassment at Mr Price Mthatha plaza

I am very worried about the harassment that customers get at Mr Price Mthatha plaza.Security at the door is treating clients so bad at the same time I dont understand why the store is not doing anything about this behavior. I went to the store to return an item I bought there but size was not right when I got to the door there was a young lady busy with the security where she was being searched before she can leave the store.Customer was carrying a box written vans I could see that its having new sneakers inside but it was sealed with the clear tape ,security at the door took the box to search the customer opened the sealed tape cheacked what was inside after he was done handed over the box to the customer. Customer asked the security to seal the box again as he was the one who opened it Security threw the box to customer face while customer is waiting for him to close the box security saying " Andizukwenza lhonto mma" meaning I won't do that.I was so amazed by this behavior I even told the customer to report such behavior it was not a nice seen to watch. It is also not my first time seeing a customer being mistreated and harassed as on the other day I watched the same security telling a female customer to open her zipped jacket as when she was about to leave the store ,customer asked so many times why is she the only told to open her jacket while she is about to leave the store while other customers are not being told to do so security told the customer that she won't get out of the store even blocked her from leaving until she opens the jacket. The security even called a lady employee to come to the door search the customer by requesting the female customer to open her zipped jacket only to find out there was nothing the customer stole after such harassment not even an apology as he said he was doing his job. This is such a bad treatment and I can't help it to realize that this is alwayz done to woman or female customers. This behavior is only taking place in Mthatha plaza while this small town is having 3 Mr Price stores. This behavior has also been published in social media like Facebook where mthatha people express their bad experience because of this make security guard at Mr Price but nothing is being done.
