Harassment

I previously wrote about MRP and how they had not settled my claim.they have now sorted my claim out but constantly send me sms stating that I owe them R1500 +.when I called the first time to ask why I'm still owing this money when they were the ones who didn't send my claim through I was told by this Lady in ACS that all she knows is that they were forwarded an amount before settlement and this was outstanding.When I asked for a breakdown of how this was arrived at I was told to get it from accounts and they still haven't sent it but I'm still getting harassed for this money on a daily basis.Another lady from ACS called and when I explained my situation she asked for my contact details and said she would look into it and send the results.still waiting on that.but each time I receive an sms the amount increases on an almost daily basis.
