Harassment

Ler me start by saying that my credit limit on my Mr Price account is R1800. I have been an account holder for more than 10 years now. I have never missed a payment. Granted sometimes short of the monthly instalment set by them, but never ever have I not pay every month. Two weeks ago I received a call that I have short paid and they asked me when I was going to pay the ballace. I told them that I did not get paid yet as I get my salary on the 15th. She then asked me when can she phone me again to confirm and I told her well.... on the 15th! Thinking that was the end of it I received another call the next day, and the next and the next. I paid in R300 but because it is on the 15th it is seen as a month late and they want their money now. Threatening me that my name is now lodged as a bad payer on the credit act and that I will be red flagged. Since the first call I have been harassed evey single day by numerous calls. All on different numbers but all from Mr Price accounts. I have gone as far as installed a harassment filter on my phone but then they call my parent's house! This is unacceptable behavior. I am being harassed for R900 that I have 6 months to pay on. R300 a month! You do the math!! I am 100% sure that there are other more pending accounts of people that does not pay. Instead they focus on those who pay every month.
