Harassment

I am sick and tired of getting a call everyday regarding.my account. I am outstanding by R400 or something and you harass your clients like this. If I had known this is how you treat your customers I would never have opened an account with you and believe me I will not refer your.company to anyone I know.due to this type of harassment that I am receiving and oh not to forget how rude your call centre agents are, maybe you should concentrate your time on training them how to have some telephone etiquette.

You better make a note on your system not to call me again.
