Harassment

I had an account with Mr price which included job loss insurance.on the 2nd of February I was retrenched and not long after I contacted me price to inform them.subsequently they sent me the forms to fill and I then returned them.i received a msg that the forms were received by them.they began contracting me to say that my account was in arrears.i told them that I had filled in the forms and was waiting on them.in July after repeated harassment from them I called back and after being put through various departments finally reached claim dept where I was told they have the forms but they had not been sent to the underwriter and she would do so immediately.i spoke to a lady in account's who said that I should make an arrangement to pay on my account or I will be listed at credit bureau which would affect my chances of getting a job again.she sai my account was just over R3500 and I paid R100 and a further R1000 a month later.the next day I received an SMS that after payment I owe R3400.i asked what was the issue and was told that the underwriter refused to pay my claim as my forms stated end of contract and not retrenched.thwy have now reported me to credit bureau as I have refused to pay the account until they sort out why they did not tell about interest on the account after they had not sent the claims in nor why the end of contract should negate my claim
