Harassed by a call centre agent and they called the wrong number

I am not even Mr Price money customer but I was horribly harnessed this morning by your call centre agent. Firstly I don't have an account with you guys. Secondly I have been getting 10+ calls daily of you guys looking for a person called Mpho. I'm not Mpho, I don't have an account with you. When I answered with my frustration your call centre agent was rude to me. Is it my fault that you guys have the wrong number? So I'm obligated to answer your call because I need to tell you that you have the wrong number and I'm not the one who owes you money. I get that this is business but you are calling the wrong person. Your agent wasn't even apologetic
