Haraassing Cold Calls

On 04 March I wrote a complaint on HelloPeter in which I stated that Mr Price had been harassing me with cold calls offering me a "free" sim card. I stated that I did not wish to be contacted with these offers and that I had made my intention to OPT out clear on numerous occasions. Mr Price agreed in their comment that this behaviour was unacceptable. Furthermore, I was contacted by a manager who admitted that Mr Price's behaviour was ********* and *******. I was assured that I would not be contacted again with such offers.

Today I was again phoned and offered a sim card from Mr Price mobile. And again I am stating that I am not interested. I do not want the sim, and I do not want you to phone me. This harassment is in contravention of The Consumer Protection Act, as I have clearly asked to opt out of such cold calls.
