Handing over of accounts/Threats

This is not acceptable.<br> <br> What do you do if you are not able to pay your account in time although you make arrangement with this company. If you don't pay by the 5th you receive threatening sms/email to inform you that you will be black listed due to late payment/no payment.<br> <br> However they do not consider unforeseen circumstance. Then when you do pay before there set date and more than you premium your limit is being decrease even without any discussion. Or the queues is so long that you wait in the line for half an hour plus to pay that premium before you are handed over as a bad payer.<br> <br> Very quick to send you emails for promotions/sales.<br> <br> Not cool. . . . time to pull up your sock and make sure that Business continues. The rate this company is going they will loose a lot of clients soon due to lack of communication and service.<br> <br> Unhappy client.
