Handed over even though you pay every month

<p>Good day</p> <p>I have asked for a settlement letter from Mr Price. Mr Price says I must contact ACS. I have handed the matter to the Debt collection council since Mr Price refuse to assist me. It is my legal right to ask for a settlement letter until I receive that letter I dont have to pay anything furter as per law. I have been paying every month even though it has been smaller payments,yet you still had your customers over.</p> <p>I have not received any proof of a statement or settlement letter from MrPrice regarding my payments!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
