HANDED OVER ALTHOUGH I WAS PAYING!!!

I have a MRP account & always kept my payments up to date except for the last few months where I have been struggling financially but although things were bad, I was still paying a monthly installment of 500 instead of the normal 800.<br> <br> On Sat the 04 April I went into a MRP store & asked my balance etc, they said I could buy for 1600, anyway they said I must clear the arrears before i can buy again.<br> <br> All though the months I have received threatening sms & calls even though I was paying!!! <br> <br> Anyway I cleared the arrears yesterday, so I phone in today & asked the agent what is my balance, she says it just over 700, which is correct & there is nothing due now because the arrears has been paid up.<br> <br> So I ask ok, then what is the credit available, then she hits me with a bomb, my account has been handed over therefore there is no credit available.<br> <br> I mean how do they do that, how do you go and hand someone over but you see, that payments have been coming in on a monthly basis. I am sure that I also have legal rights, which will I will find out!!<br> <br> I have been paying & now I must hear that I have been handed over & my credit has been taken away!<br> <br> disappointed!!
