Gugulethu Mr price poor service

I am so disappointed by the service I receive at the gugulethu branch yesterday. So around about 4 in the afternoon I go to mr price gugulethu to go collect my store card which I finally approved for. When I get to the store there is one cashier assist a long line and other staff all busy with other things about five of them, so I get to the teller and told the cashier that I'm collecting my card. She called someone who I assume was their manager, she then ask me to come tomorrow instead of opening up another teller I told her I wanted to use the card immediately she then told me the guy who does the Sim cards is not in store they can't give me the store card without the sim card activated and I told them I didn't want the Sim card they told me they can't assist me and I left without being assist. The service I got was so poor and I was so disappointed
