Gross Ineptitude
You made an enquiry on my credit profile even though I did not apply for an account. Your call centre people are telling me an application came through from your Bellville branch. But they reckon I have to go to the store to find out who submitted the application????
I gave you my details for RICA purposes ONLY because I purchased a cellphone CASH.
You need to remove that enquiry ASAP and take action against the employee who submitted an application without my consent.
