<p>i visited the mr price home shop on Sunday, 29/08/2016. i was unhappy with the fact that an article that was marked down, was still on the floor even though it had been sold. also, the one article was marked down and a second article was not marked down according to the salesperson, however the price was scratched through on the price label. the same item just a different colour. I spoke to the manager, Louis, explained that they should not have sold items on the floor except if marked "sold" and also discussed the price label issue on the 2nd item. It was very misleading having 2 similar articles on the floor of which one was marked down and the other not, yet the price was scratched through completely and the only difference was the colour. He was so kind as to ensure that I still get 2 items also marked down to the special price. They actually even assembled both items for me too! Wonderful service, good manager, will always go back there again. </p>
